I entered the Mortgage Business in 1986 after nine years in the corporate world. I caught the real estate bug in 1981 when I got my real estate license to flip a house I had rehabbed. It seemed to work out even with 16% interest rates.  Hayden joined me in the business in 1989 and together we grew our client business so much that we started our own company, Landmark, in March 1995.
    
Our objective was to create a mortgage company that would lead the market in customer satisfaction. We hired a team of seasoned underwriters and bought the computer technology that would attract the best and the brightest mortgage origination team in Connecticut. Our employees make Landmark what it is today.
    
I am one of the top producers at Landmark. As my way of giving back to the community, I am a member and past board member of the Rotary Club, member and past President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, board member of the Southport Conservancy and on the Board of Trustees of the Pequot Library in Southport.

I live in Southport with my wife Margot and our daughter Kaitlin. I am a member of Brooklawn Country Club and my hobbies include boating and salt-water fishing, golf, movies and rehabbing houses.
