Kathleen Narwold

I bring over 15 years of mortgage banking experience when working with my clients. Prior to my affiliation with Landmark Financial Group, LLC, I was a top producing mortgage originator for William Pitt Mortgage and Sterling Capital, Inc. I also worked for 10 plus years for People's Bank in lower Fairfield County, providing me with an in-depth understanding of the area’s housing market. My extensive knowledge of mortgage products, a client-focused approach and attention to detail results in continued recognition as a top producer in both dollar volume and units.  I also have proven experience working with high net-worth individuals and understand the complexities that often accompany these transactions. As a former educator, my teaching experiences have provided me with an effective approach to working with first time homebuyers.  I clearly understand the anxiety that the first time purchase of a home can cause, and I work closely with my clients to make the experience as worry-free as possible. I am a longtime resident of Fairfield where I reside with my husband and two sons.
