In starting LFG we wanted to deliver highly competitive mortgage programs that would fit almost every type of borrower and marry this with a superior customer service experience. Additionally, after working in the industry for a number of years, we wanted the company to offer our employees all of the major benefits that most all mortgage companies never consider because of the expense. As a consequence, LFG has very little “turn over” enabling LFG to consistently provide a high level of service.

The net result is cohesive team of experienced mortgage bankers/brokers that not only understand the importance of satisfying the customer but who make the process as smooth and “value added” as possible. LFG has an extremely high percentage of repeat business. Almost all our business is generated by referral and “word of mouth,” which has positioned LFG as the leading originations company in Connecticut. Because of our stellar reputation in the marketplace, not only do our borrowers recommend LFG but also the banks and competitive lending institutions compete to have LFG place the business with them.

LFG is currently licensed in Maine, Vermont, Mass, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and Florida. We are in the process of getting our licenses in: New Hampshire, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
