Bud McGarry

I joined Landmark Financial Group in September 1995, after leaving a bond trading career that started with EF Hutton in 1980. During my career, I worked in Frankfurt, Germany with Hutton, at The Bank of Montreal in London, England and then the New York office of Bank of Montreal. I spent a year's sabbatical sailing from Gibraltar to Turkey with my wife and 2 ½ year old daughter. The move to Landmark Financial Group has been extremely rewarding, because I work with true professionals in an industry where not all understand that having fiduciary responsibility to your clients is paramount and goes hand in hand with our moniker “Straight Talk on Your Mortgage.”  I live in Darien with my wife Liz and two children Patricia & John. As a family we enjoy many different sports including sailing, skiing and flying.
